The Original Bitcoin Boardgame
Approved by Robert Breedlove and Saifedean Ammous

Still playing Monopoly? Congrats, you’re training your kids to be slaves.
We built The Bitcoin Maximalists because no board game teaches freedom. Monopoly glorifies debt and fiat — training us to think like wage slaves.
This game flips the script: it’s about real money, real strategy, and why Bitcoin wins.
And it’s for everyone — maxis, game-night warriors, families, newcomers, and collectors alike. Whether you’re orange-pilling friends, teaching family, or flexing your collection, this is a must-have piece of Bitcoin history.

A Collector’s Box Worth Owning
Every copy is built to be as rare and verifiable as Bitcoin itself:
- Premium leather-wrapped box with a built-in chip drawer that feels as good as it looks.
- Individually numbered & hand-signed by creator Alex van der Beek - your proof it’s the real deal.
- Certificate of Authenticity included, because fakes belong in fiat.
- Collector’s Edition — once they’re gone, they’re gone forever.
This isn’t just a game. It’s a collector’s statement piece - something to play, show off, and eventually pass down.

The board game Wall Street doesn’t want you to have.
Your mission: turn fiat money (a.k.a. fake money) into hard money — Bitcoin.
Play with cash, BTC chips, and ETF shares as you dive deep into the Bitcoin ecosystem:
- Mine new blocks
- Buy low, sell high and HODL
- Dodge (or face) the tax agent - everyone’s “favorite friend” 😉
- Relive the legendary Pizza Day
- Tap into ETF networks
- Move Bitcoin between exchanges and hardware wallets to stay safe
- Learn Bitcoin with Keynote Speaker Cards - answer trivia or scan a QR code to instantly get smarter
…and way more. Every round is a lesson in freedom, strategy, and why Bitcoin beats the system.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to understand Bitcoin to play?
The game is built for everyone - total newcomers, curious friends, and hardcore Bitcoin maxis alike. You’ll learn as you play, and maxis will still find plenty of strategy to sink their teeth into.
Is it similar to Monopoly?
Monopoly? Never heard of it… 😉 Jokes aside, yes - the board moves in a circular flow like Monopoly, but that’s where the similarity ends. Here the mission is clear: turn fiat money (a.k.a. fake money) into hard money - Bitcoin. You’ll play with cash, BTC chips, and even ETF shares as you navigate the Bitcoin ecosystem: mine blocks, buy low & sell high, dodge (or face) the tax agent, relive Pizza Day, tap into ETF networks, and way more.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Does the game include a manual for beginners?
Yes! The Bitcoin board game comes with an easy-to-understand manual designed for both newcomers and seasoned pros. Plus, every box includes access to a video tutorial + quick overview so you can start playing (and orange-pilling) right away.
How long does the game last?
Typically 2–6 hours, depending on your play style and the number of players. Some sessions move fast, others turn into all-night Bitcoin battles.
What Is the recommended age?
The game is best suited for ages 12 and up. That said, anyone with a basic grasp of money can jump in - you don’t need to be a Bitcoin expert to play (you’ll pick it up as you go).
What’s included in the game box?
The game box includes a gaming board, player tokens, game money, and Bitcoin chips. It also comes with:
- mining blocks,
- a pair of dice,
- a pack of Bitcoin market cards,
- hardware wallet cards,
- mining deed cards,
- and two IRS agent figures
everything you need to dive into the Bitcoin board game.
Can I Play with Real Money?
Yes. Players can choose to assign real-dollar value to the Bitcoin in-game. But, no actual money enters the game—it’s optional and for fun.
Example Scenario
Here’s how a real-money option could work with 4 players:
Players: Alex, Bella, Charlie, and Dana.
Total Bitcoins in Circulation: 210.
Real-Money Value per Bitcoin: $1.
Game End: The game ends when all 210 Bitcoins are in circulation.
Final Bitcoin Holdings:
Alex (Player A, winner): 100 Bitcoins.
Bella (Player B): 60 Bitcoins.
Charlie (Player C): 30 Bitcoins.
Dana (Player D): 20 Bitcoins.
End-of-Game Payouts
Each player calculates their payout difference based on the winner’s holdings (Alex).
Bella (60 Bitcoins): Owes Alex 40 Bitcoins → Pays $40.
Charlie (30 Bitcoins): Owes Alex 70 Bitcoins → Pays $70.
Dana (20 Bitcoins): Owes Alex 80 Bitcoins → Pays $80.
Final Summary:
Bella pays $40 to Alex.
Charlie pays $70 to Alex.
Dana pays $80 to Alex.
Alex ends up with $190 total as the winner.
This optional rule adds a new layer of strategy and realism to the game, making every decision even more exciting!
